'My family and I relocated to Darwin for work. We were unfamiliar with the town and engaged Tod Peterson to act on our behalf. Having a 'second set of eyes' and, local knowledge and experience is reassuring, when you are trying to negotiate the pitfalls and perils of buying property in a new town.
