I am an interstate investor that wanted to invest in
residential property in Darwin. I had previously used buyers’ agents
services in other states. I located Tod through his website.

sales agents.
Through discussions with Tod, we came to the conclusion
that the northern suburbs would meet my investment criteria and we were able to
successfully purchase a property in May 2012.

search, inspections and negotiations for a property on my behalf. I do
not believe that I would have been able to purchase a property in the same
timeframe had I not used Tod’s services. I would highly recommend Tod
